The Original La Canasta has been owned and operated by the Abril family since 1962 and continues to run with four generations of Abril's serving the community.

Our family recipes were developed by Richard and Carmen Abril and have been favored by Arizona for the last 60 years! The Abril family continues the tradition of serving great Mexican food in our kitchen using the same recipes 60 years later!
